I recently stayed at Westend Minihotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was super helpful and nice. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to trams, metro, and bus stops. The room was clean and tidy, with an extension lead and plenty of duvets and blankets to keep us warm. The radiator heated up quickly and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful stay. The shared kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine was a great added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

This city center hotel was in a convenient location close to many bars and restaurants, with easy access via public transport. The room and bathroom were extra clean and smelled great with elevators and wifi. The hotel staff were friendly when available and helped to arrange the shuttle to the airport.
The front door of the hotel would not lock properly, which made guests feel vulnerable.

Convenient location near public transportation and restaurants. Room was clean.
Terrible customer service and communication. No one was there to check us in despite giving our arrival time and self check-in instructions were not emailed as claimed.

We loved the easy access to transportation: there were trams and metro stations right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city. The location was also great, with several supermarkets nearby, and we could easily walk or take a short tram ride to the city center. The cleanliness of our room was commendable and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was really convenient, with several bus and tram stops nearby. there were plenty of budget-friendly eateries and pubs in the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable.
The neighborhood was too loud and noisy, with constant loud traffic and people's voices. Another downside was the small size of the ensuite bathroom, which made it difficult to shower comfortably.
